Great North Leisure Park sits on Leisure Way in North Finchley, Barnet, just off the North Circular Road. The site is currently home to a cinema, restaurants and leisure uses, and offers a significant opportunity to deliver new homes, community space and a modern leisure offer for the area.

Developer
Arada is an international developer of large scale, master planned communities, founded in the UAE and now delivering projects in London. Its neighbourhoods combine homes with retail, leisure, education and green space, built around design quality and long term community life.
At Great North Leisure Park, Arada London is working closely with local people to shape a scheme that reflects the priorities of Barnet residents.
