Regal London (now Arada London) is delighted to invite residents to the second round of public consultation for the future of the Great North Leisure Park.
Join us to discuss our latest plans at our second round of outreach events. Regal London (now Arada London) will be hosting three consultation events in March to present the revised proposals to the local community and discuss the vision and aspirations for the site.

Regal London (now Arada London) undertook a series of outreach events with residents and members of the community last Summer. There has also been a separate leisure consultation undertaken by the LB Barnet.
We have been working hard to understand local needs and continue to shape our plans based on the feedback we have received so far.
Our plans will reconnect the site to the wider area. They will complement and build on the distinct local character, combine modern architecture, transform public spaces, deliver landscaping and green connections with Glebelands Open Space, as well as respond to the climate and biodiversity emergencies.
Following the exhibitions, we will upload the plans to the website on 11th March 2024 and share your views via our online survey.
