Between July 2023 and September 2024, three rounds of public exhibitions (nine events in total) were held to engage with the community on the emerging proposals to redevelop the Great North Leisure Park. The redevelopment proposals principally include the delivery of much-needed new homes, new commercial space, extensive landscaping, and a new community leisure centre.
